Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our Contract Staffing team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end IT recruitment and contract staffing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for contract and contract-to-hire positions
• Understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience and client requirements
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
• Manage multiple requirements and ensure timely candidate submissions
• Coordinate offers, onboarding and candidate deployment
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Work closely with Hiring Managers and Account Managers
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate documentation

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Contract Staffing
• Strong experience in sourcing and recruiting IT professionals
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals
• Good understanding of IT technologies and technical requirements
• Strong candidate screening, negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet recruitment targets
• Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred
