Job Description

• Handle end-to-end AR follow-up for US healthcare physician billing.
• Work on insurance denials, claim rejections, underpayments, and outstanding claims.
• Contact insurance companies to check claim status and resolve payment issues.
• Analyze denial reasons and take appropriate action for claim resolution.
• Ensure timely follow-ups to minimize AR aging and improve collections.
• Maintain accurate account notes and meet productivity and quality targets.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in US Healthcare RCM Physician Billing.
• Knowledge of AR calling, denial management, and insurance follow-ups.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
