Role & responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.
• Acquire new customers using company-provided leads and generate quality business.
• Cross-sell and upsell products to existing customers based on their requirements.
• Generate fresh leads through cold calling, referrals and other prospecting activities.
• Build customer relationships, respond to queries and coordinate complaint resolution.
• Work towards assigned sales targets and maintain consistent business quality.
• Follow company processes, exercise due diligence and help prevent unauthorized or fraudulent transactions

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Interest in sales, lead generation and relationship management.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach and willingness to learn.

ELIGIBILITY

• Any graduate; freshers and candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience may apply.
• Experience in sales or other customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Previous life insurance experience is not mandatory.
• Candidates willing to travel and work across assigned Bangalore locations are preferred
• Candidates with a B.Tech / M.Tech / BCA / MCA background must have a minimum of 2+ years of relevant work experience to be considered.
