L&T PES, Talegaon Dabhade is conducting a Walk-in Interview for Diploma Engineers in the Manufacturing Department.

Total Positions: 15
Qualification: Diploma Mechanical / Electronics /ENTC
Experience: 13 Years
Preferred Experience: Around 2 years of relevant experience

Electronics / Electrical Manufacturing

• Experience in electronics/electrical manufacturing and testing.
• Knowledge of soldering, crimping and conformal coating.
• Understanding of Digital, Analog, Control and Power circuits.
• Ability to read electrical/electronic schematics and SLDs.
• Hands-on experience with Multimeter, CRO, Function Generator, Megger, Clamp Meter, etc.
• Experience in manpower handling and production target management.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Mechanical Manufacturing

• Experience in manufacturing/production.
• Ability to understand production drawings, processes and specifications.
• Ensure production as per drawings, procedures and safety requirements.
• Team handling and achievement of shift production targets.
• Exposure to fabrication, welding, cutting, bending and raw material processes.
• Willingness to work in all three shifts on rotation.
