Walk-in || Diploma Engineer Trainee

About the Role

We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team as trainees. This is an excellent opportunity for diploma holders and B.Sc. Chemistry graduates to gain hands-on industrial experience, develop technical skills, and build a strong foundation for their careers in industrial operations and maintenance.

Eligibility Criteria

• Year of Passing: 2025 or 2026
• Experience: Freshers preferred
• Academic Qualification:
• Diploma Mechanical
• Diploma Electrical
• Diploma – Instrumentation
• Diploma – Chemical / Cement Technology
• B.Sc. Chemistry
• E&I / C&I

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Operations & Maintenance activities.
• Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities to supervisors.
• Follow safety procedures, standard operating procedures, and company policies.
• Maintain basic operational records and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Participate in technical training and continuous learning programs.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Stipend/CTC: 20,000 per month
• Training Period: 1 year
• Accommodation, transportation, canteen facilities, and other applicable benefits will be communicated during the selection process.

Training & Service Commitment

• Selected candidates will undergo 1 year of structured training as part of the trainee program.
• Candidates will be required to commit to a total service period of 3 years, including the 1-year training period.
• Detailed terms and conditions of the service bond will be communicated to selected candidates during the offer and joining process.
