Key Responsibilities:

• Data Preparation: Filtering data, handling missing values, and preparing the dataset for analysis to ensure accuracy and relevance. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and reliability within an organization. Identify data quality issues, implement corrections.

• Data Exploration and Analysis: Use statistical tools and techniques to explore and analyse data, identifying patterns, relationships, and trends. Preparing various reports in excel, power. Experience with data integration & data quality controls

• Data Visualization: Create visual representations of data findings through charts, graphs, and dashboards to make the data understandable. And maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components from multiple data sources.

• Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations to communicate the insights and findings from the data to stakeholders, which can influence policy and decision-making processes.

• Collaboration: Work with other departments to understand their data needs and help them make informed decisions based on data insights • Enhancing Client/Customer Experiences: Analyzing customer data allows businesses to understand customer behaviours and preferences, leading to improved products and services.
