Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist customers over the phone with the Axis Direct account opening process.
• Guide customers through digital onboarding and resolve related queries.
• Achieve assigned business and performance targets.
• Educate customers about the Axis Direct platform, products, services, and benefits.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate guidance.
• Explain the latest offers, schemes, and product benefits to DIY customers.
• Maintain clear, transparent, and professional communication throughout the onboarding journey.
• Ensure adherence to defined processes and deliver a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

• We are open to hire fresh graduates
• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: 12 years of relevant experience preferred; freshers with excellent communication skills may apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable with telephonic interactions and digital platforms.
• Target-oriented with a strong focus on customer service.
