Walk-in || Desktop Support Executive

We have an urgent requirement for Technical/Desktop Support profiles for Noida location.

Job Description:

• Tech should be ready to work in 24/7 environment. (Primarily Night Shifts)
• Should be ready to do WFO and preferably residing in Noida Location.
• Tech should be okay with calling profile(inbound/outbound) assisting customer along with working on incidents.
• Should have good communication skills.
• Should have basic understanding of networking.
• Ip addresses, DHCP, function of router & switches.
• How internet works.
• Layer1(Checking cable connectivity, device reboot, identifying cable cut at premise) checks, Layer 2 & Layer 3 troubleshooting.

Experience: Minimum 6 months - 5 Years

Work Mode: Work From Office

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Shifts: Rotational

Cab: Both-side cab facility
