Role & responsibilities

• Design creative, attractive, and trendy sarees and ladies' suits according to current fashion trends.
• Develop new designs for embroidery, prints, borders, motifs, necklines, sleeves, and embellishments.
• Select suitable fabrics, colours, patterns, and decorative materials for different collections.
• Create new concepts and design samples for sarees, salwar suits, and ethnic wear.
• Coordinate with embroidery, stitching, sampling, and production teams to execute designs accurately.
• Prepare design references, sketches, and artwork as required.
• Modify and improve designs according to market trends, customer preferences, and business requirements.
• Ensure that designs meet quality standards and are completed within the required timelines.
• Research the latest ethnic wear trends, fabrics, and embroidery techniques.
• Work closely with the merchandising and production teams to develop new collections.
• Maintain design quality, creativity, and consistency throughout the production process.
• Suggest innovative ideas to improve the company's product range and market appeal.
