Walk-in || Design Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

• 3+ years of experience in automotive plastic part design (preferably Auto lighting).
• Proficiency in CAD tools CATIA Solid and Surface modelling DFM, DFM, Materials and Manufacturing process awareness
• Knowledge of injection moulding processes and tooling design.
• Familiarity with GD&T and tolerance analysis.
• Strong understanding of automotive lighting regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Prepare detailed drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications.
• Apply Design for Manufacturing and Design for Assembly principles to optimize tooling and reduce production complexity.
