Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage design coordination activities for high rise building projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting project deadlines.
  
• Conduct regular design reviews to ensure compliance with PMC (Project Management Consultancy) guidelines and client requirements.
  
• Analyze design documents, drawings, and specifications to identify potential issues or discrepancies.
  
• Prepare records management systems to track progress, updates, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve RFIs (Requests for Information) related to design aspects.

• Coordinate design deliverables across internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Organize and document weekly design review meetings, track deliverables to closure.

• Monitor design approvals and manage responses to RFIs.

• Maintain records of design submissions, comments, and revisions.
