Walk-in || Deputy Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and adjudicate health insurance claims efficiently.
• Verify claim documents and ensure completeness of information.
• Analyze medical records and policy coverage for claim decisions.
• Detect and escalate potential fraudulent claims.
• Meet assigned productivity, quality, SLA, and TAT targets.
• Provide support to CRM, Provider, Sales, and Grievance teams.
• Maintain accurate claim documentation and system updates.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational guidelines.

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare processes.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in claim assessment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
