Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care services to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Assist with various medical procedures, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and performing basic life support tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of patient treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless coordination of patient care services.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience as a Nursing Assistant or related field (ANM/GNM/Midwifery).
• Freshers can also apply; B.Tech degree holders preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of nursing principles, practices, and protocols.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
