About the Role
We are looking for a Testing & Installation Service Executive to handle the installation, testing, servicing, and customer demonstrations of gold testing machines (Digital Karatometer). The role requires frequent field visits, customer interaction, and basic technical troubleshooting to ensure smooth machine operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Install and test gold testing machines at customer locations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and train customers on machine usage.
• Perform routine servicing and maintenance of machines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.
• Prepare service reports and maintain installation records.
• Provide timely customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Travel for field visits, installations, and service activities as required.
