Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with a strong background in software engineering, project/program delivery, and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate should have experience managing large-scale technology initiatives, client stakeholders, delivery roadmaps, and cross-functional engineering teams.

The role requires a combination of technical expertise, delivery management, stakeholder management, and project management skills, along with exposure to modern AI-enabled software development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise technology projects and programs.
• Establish and manage delivery roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams comprising developers, architects, QA, DevOps, Product Owners, and other stakeholders.
• Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact for delivery-related discussions.
• Drive Agile delivery using Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
• Track project health using delivery metrics, KPIs, quality metrics, capacity, productivity, and financial parameters.
• Identify delivery risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, client architects, engineering teams, and business stakeholders.
• Conduct executive-level presentations, status reviews, governance meetings, and steering committee discussions.
• Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes, engineering practices, and team productivity.
• Support resource planning, capacity planning, hiring, allocation, and performance management.
• Participate in RFP/RFI, estimation, solutioning, proposal, and pre-sales activities where required.
• Promote adoption of AI tools and AI-assisted SDLC practices to improve engineering productivity and delivery efficiency.
• Work with teams on modern engineering practices including AI Code Assistants, Agentic AI, MCP, automation, and AI-enabled development workflows.

Required Skills

• 1418 years of experience in the software industry.
• Strong experience in Delivery Management / Project Management.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience managing software delivery.
• Experience managing large-scale and complex enterprise projects.
• Strong experience with Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder and client management experience.
• Experience managing engineering teams and multiple workstreams.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and engineering practices.
• Hands-on technical background in Java / .NET / Python.
• Good understanding of Microservices / APIs / Cloud / DevOps.
• Experience with delivery metrics, capacity planning, resource planning, risk and dependency management.
• Experience in RFP/RFI, estimation and proposal management is preferred.
• Exposure to AI tools, AI-assisted SDLC, AI Code Assistants, Agent Design or MCP is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
