Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Perform debugging, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic and electrical components.
• Identify and diagnose PCB, wiring, connector, sensor, and electrical faults.
• Use basic testing equipment such as multimeter, soldering iron, DC power supply, and testing tools.
• Carry out soldering, desoldering, component replacement, and rework.
• Perform functional testing of EV battery, BMS, ECU/electronic modules, and related components.
• Analyze failure symptoms and identify the root cause of defects.
• Follow work instructions, SOPs, ESD and 5S standards.
• Maintain debugging/testing records and report recurring issues to the concerned team.
• Coordinate with Quality, Production, and Engineering teams for defect resolution.
