Child Care & Supervision

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times
• Supervise children during play, meals, and nap times
• Assist with feeding, toileting, and hygiene needsLearning & Activities
• Plan and conduct age-appropriate educational and play activities
• Encourage creativity through arts, crafts, storytelling, and games
• Support early childhood development (language, motor, and social skills)

Emotional & Social Support

• Build a loving and friendly environment for children
• Encourage positive behavior and good habits
• Help children develop communication and social interaction skills

Cleanliness & Safety

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the daycare area
• Ensure toys and equipment are safe and sanitized
• Follow safety protocols and emergency procedures

Parent Communication

• Communicate daily updates about child progress and behavior
• Address parents concerns in a polite and professional manner
• Maintain records of attendance and activities

Qualifications & SkillsEducation

• Minimum: High School / 12th Pass
• Preferred: Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field

Skills

• Patience and caring attitude towards children
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of child development
• Ability to handle emergencies calmly
