Walk-in || Data & Insights Analyst

We are looking for a Data & Insights Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Power BI, Tableau, SQL and Python. The candidate will build dashboards, analyse AI/contact-center performance and automate reporting for internal and client stakeholders.

• Extract data from SQL databases, APIs, CRM, ticketing systems, Excel and other sources.
• Build reliable data models and reporting structures.
• Develop dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
• Track AI and contact-center metrics such as containment, FCR, escalation, accuracy, CSAT, latency and cost/contact.
• Analyse customer conversations and transcripts to identify trends and gaps.
• Automate reporting and alerts using Power Automate/Python.
• Build pre- and post-deployment performance reports.
• Present insights to client stakeholders.
