Job Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in company systems, databases, and Excel files.
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness before submission.
• Handle data entry from documents, forms, emails, and other sources.
• Maintain proper records and ensure all information is updated within the defined timelines.
• Identify and report data discrepancies or missing information.
• Perform basic documentation, filing, and record-keeping activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams whenever clarification is required.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
• Complete daily assigned data-entry targets within the required timelines.

Required Skills

• Minimum typing speed: 25 WPM.
• Good accuracy and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
• Good understanding of data entry and documentation processes.
• Ability to work with large volumes of data.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Qualification

12th Pass / Graduate from a recognized institution.
