Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: 25,000 to 27,000 per month.
• Additional Benefits: Performance-based incentives.

Working days: Monday- Sunday (Rotational Week off)

Working Time: 12pm to 9pm

Note: Sunday is a working day. Candidates will be provided with one weekday off per week.

Job Summary

We are looking for two enthusiastic and result-oriented female Telecallers to join our team at Synergy Healthcare & Wellness. The ideal candidates should have prior telecalling experience, good communication skills, and the ability to handle customer enquiries and follow-ups effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Handle incoming customer enquiries and provide relevant information about services.
• Follow up with leads, enquiries, and potential customers.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the respective clinic teams.
• Maintain daily call records and update lead status.
• Achieve assigned calling targets and contribute to business growth.
• Ensure professional and courteous communication with customers.

Candidate Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Prior experience in telecalling is mandatory.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with maintaining call records.
• Candidates residing in or around Anna Nagar, Chennai, preferred.
• Ability to handle customer queries and follow-ups effectively.
