Role & responsibilities -

1.) Handle customer queries

2.) Resolve complaints via calls and chats

3.) Provide product / service information

4.) Troubleshoot issues

5.) Follow up with customers

Preferred candidate profile -

- 12th pass are eligible / Graduation not required

-- Freshers and experienced both can apply

- Freshers salary - 16500 /- , Experienced salary - 18000/-

- Atleast 6 months of experience is required .
