Urgent Hiring International Inbound Voice Process
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our International Voice Campaign!
Eligibility: Any Undergraduate/Graduate fresher or experience with excellent communication skills can apply.
Job Description:
Handle inbound calls from international customers.
Address customer queries, concerns, and service-related requests professionally.
Provide accurate information and ensure effective resolution within the defined process guidelines.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and communication quality.
Meet process KPIs related to quality, productivity, and customer experience.
Location: Noida Sector 3 – Walking distance from Sector 16 Metro Station
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Shifts: Day Shifts for Females | Rotational Shifts for Males
Salary: Up to 3.60 LPA + Attractive Perks & Benefits
