We are hiring for the position of Customer Support Fraud Analyst for an International Process.

Position: Customer Support Fraud Analyst

Experience: 6 Months to 3 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate
Process: International
Shift: Mid Shift
Working Days: 5 Days
Week Off: 2 Days
Location: Chennai
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Fraud related customer queries and cases.
• Handle Chargeback and Dispute Management.
• Perform Transaction Monitoring and identify suspicious transactions.
• Handle Credit and Debit Card related queries and transactions
• Review and Verify transaction details.
• Follow US banking process and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate case records and escalate issues when required.

Requirements:

• Good Communication skills in English
• Experience in Fraud Analysis, Chargeback, Dispute Management, Transaction Monitoring or Banking Operations is preferred.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Willingness to work in a mid shift.
