Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through voice support professionally and efficiently.
• Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and other travel-related requests.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate information and timely resolutions.
• Adhere to process guidelines, compliance standards, and quality metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
• Coordinate with internal teams for prompt issue resolution.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Voice Process, BPO, Call Center, or Customer Care.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
