• Handle healthcare claims and related processes as per established guidelines
• Interact with customers and provide professional support
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

• Follow process, compliance, and company standards
• Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve team goals
