Job Opening: Wipro Kolkata is hiring for "Claims Processing" (RCM US Healthcare).

Date of Interview - 22nd to 30th Oct'26.

Time of Interview 11:00AM to 12:30PM

Work Location: WIPRO Kolkata (Work from Office only)

Role - Customer Care Associate

Job Description

• Ensuring that all claims submitted by healthcare providers are complete and accurate.
• Accurately entering claims data into the processing system.
• Evaluating claims for payment eligibility based on insurance guidelines.
• Communicating with healthcare providers and patients regarding claims statuses.
• Identifying and resolving claim discrepancies and denials.
• Ensuring timely processing of claims to meet deadlines.
• Keeping up to date with industry regulations and changes related to insurance claims processing.
• Detecting errors and ensuring accuracy in claims processing.
• Strong problem-solving skills for assessing claims and determining valid issues.
• Familiarity with medical billing software and electronic health records (EHR).
• Ability to manage multiple claims efficiently and meet processing deadlines.

Job Description -

- Good Communication skills.

- Experience into claims processing medical billing is mandatory.

- HSC/Grads are welcome (Any technical degrees not eligible).

- Strong analytical skills

- Ability to multitask with Keyboard shortcut skills

- Having good hands on to computer typing Skills with a speed of 30WPM and 90% Accuracy.

- Hardcore Night Shift (Night and Graveyard Shift) Rotational Split week off

- Full-time Students Not Eligible

- Self-Travelling & out of boundary Not Eligible

- Should be comfortable with Work from Office
