Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives to join our growing team. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.

Maintain professional and effective communication with customers.

Resolve customer complaints within the defined TAT.

Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and company policies.

Maintain accurate customer and process-related information.

Achieve assigned productivity and performance targets.

Eligibility:

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Good communication skills.

Customer handling and problem-solving skills.

Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Male candidates must be comfortable with night shifts.

Female candidates will be considered for non-night shifts.

Salary:

Freshers: 18,000 CTC | 14,500 In-Hand

Experienced: 20,000 CTC | 16,100 In-Hand

Attendance Bonus: 1,800

Night Shift Allowance: Up to 5,000

Career Growth:

Freshers can move to the experienced salary bracket after 6 months in the process, subject to applicable company/process criteria.
