Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for our International Voice Process team. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling international customer calls, understanding customer requirements, resolving queries, and providing professional customer support.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls.

- Understand and resolve customer queries professionally.

- Maintain excellent call etiquette and customer service standards.

- Communicate effectively with international customers.

- Update customer information and call details accurately.

- Achieve process-specific quality and performance targets.

- Handle customer interactions patiently and professionally.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualification: Any Graduate / Undergraduate with good communication skills.

- Experience: 0–3 years in International Voice, Customer Support, BPO, or related roles.

- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.

- US, UK, and Australian accent familiarity is preferred.

- Comfortable working in night shifts.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Freshers with strong English communication skills can also apply.
