Job Description.
We are hiring Fresher and experienced candidates for Customer Support and Technical Support roles in an International and Domestic Voice Process.
Responsibilities:
* Handle calls from international customers.
* Understand customer queries and provide suitable solutions.
* Resolve customer concerns professionally.
* For Technical Support, troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers with solutions.
* Maintain good customer service and follow company processes.
Eligibility.
* PUC (+2) or any Degree.
* Excellent English communication skills.
* Candidates should be comfortable with rotational shifts.
* Candidates should be available to join as per the hiring requirement.
* Candidates with experience in Customer Support or Technical Support can apply.
* Candidates who can join within 0-15 days are preferred.
Work Details.
* 5 days working.
* 24/7 rotational shifts.
* Rotational week off.
