Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services based on customer needs.
  
• Develop strong relationships with customers by understanding their requirements and preferences.
  
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary while maintaining accurate records of all interactions.
  
• Meet performance targets set by the company for quality metrics such as first call resolution rate, handle time, and abandon rate.
