• Manage customer relationships through effective communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  
• Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to inform process improvements and product development.
  
• Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and expectations.

• Hands-on experience in Voice support
• Experience handling customer enquiries, complaints, and escalations
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
• Flexible to work in a 24x7 shift environment
• Candidates must carry a copy of their updated resume
• Photocopies of original Aadhar or PAN card

Salary - 18000 CTC to 20000
