Walk-in || Customer Support Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer enquiries, follow up with leads, explain our photography packages, and convert enquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries.
• Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable photography packages.
• Explain pricing, packages, offers and booking process clearly.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers.
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings.
• Update lead and customer information in the CRM/system.
• Coordinate with the photography team regarding bookings and schedules.
• Provide a professional and friendly customer experience.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English and Kannada.
• Hindi/Tamil/Malayalam will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, sales or call centre roles is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
