Tech Mahindra is hiring for international Chat Process-Inbound Chats at Pune location.

Role & responsibilities

• Resolving billing issues using query solving techniques and providing clear and concise information.
• Answering questions about billing or services.
• Manage International inbound customer Chats with a focus on providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries.
• Listen actively to customer needs, concerns, and feedback, and respond appropriately.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.

Preferred candidate profile:

With minimum of 1 Year of experience in international voice process along with inbound calls.

SALARY - 3.5 TP 5 LPA (please note, we can offer on the basis of your last/current CTC)
