Job Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships from booking to handover.
• Handle customer queries, requests, complaints, and escalations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Legal, Finance, Registration, and Customer Care teams for timely customer support.
• Ensure timely collection of documents, payments, registrations, and possession formalities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Prepare MIS reports and customer communication.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer handling and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Good problem-solving, organizational, and follow-up skills.
