Role: Customer Support Executive Voice Process

Job Description:

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate information regarding banking products and services.
• Clarify customer queries and determine appropriate solutions.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate department when needed.
• Complete transactions and maintain accurate documentation.
• Cross-sell suitable banking products based on customer requirements.

• Good Communication skills in English, Hindi & Telugu.
