Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic Customer Support Executives for the Hamilton (Voice Process) at our Lucknow center. We are looking for candidates with good communication skills who are eager to assist customers and grow in the BPO/Customer Support industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer calls/queries effectively and professionally.
• Provide accurate and timely resolution to customer concerns.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction on every interaction.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Both Graduates and Undergraduates are eligible to apply.
• Experience: Open to both Freshers and Experienced professionals.
• Gender: Male and Female candidates are welcome.
• Skills Required: Good oral and written communication skills in English/Hindi.

Work Schedule & Shifts:

• Shift Duration: 9-hour rotational shift schedule.
• Female Candidates: Any 9-hour shift timing scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
• Male Candidates: Rotational shifts (including night shifts).
• Weekly Off: Rotational off.
