About this role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive responsible for driving sales of assigned profiles. The role does not have a fixed target; however, the objective is to ensure consistent order flow from both new and existing clients on a regular basis.
The candidate will be responsible for pitching new products, generating orders, and effectively managing escalations to retain clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell company products to new and existing customers.
Ensure regular order generation and maintain strong client relationships.
Pitch new products and offers to clients and doctors.
Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and doctors.
Address and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Manage escalations and ensure client retention.
Achieve performance-based incentives on every confirmed order.
Working Hours: 10:30 AM 6:30 PM
Weekly Off: Every Sunday
Paid Leaves: 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month
