Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage customer queries related to general insurance products through phone calls, emails, and chats.
  
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers.
  
• Process new business quotes, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience/ Strong knowledge of General Insurance operations, policies, and procedures.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone/email/chat.
