Job Description:
We are hiring immediate joiners for the Seller Support process. The role involves providing support to B2B sellers through voice-based customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from sellers.
- Resolve seller queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive seller experience.
- Follow process guidelines and meet quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer support experience preferred, with experience documented on paper.
- Language: Excellent Hindi communication skills and good English communication skills.
- Joining: Immediate joiners only.
- Work Location: Work from office, 3rd floor, DSR smartworks, Marathahalli, Bangalore.
Salary & Benefits:
- CTC: 27,000 per month
- Take-Home Salary: Approximately 21,700 per month
Working Details:
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (fixed shift)
- Weekly Off: As per process requirements
