Walk-in || Customer Support Executive - Day Shift | Freshers & Experienced

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our Day Shift Voice Process. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide support through voice calls.
• Attend inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain a positive and professional conversation with customers.
• Resolve customer queries within the defined process guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and calling procedures.
• Achieve assigned productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team when required.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Good verbal communication skills in English/Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good listening and customer-handling skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
