Job description:

In this position, you will be answering inbound calls, handling chat and emails to provide exceptional customer service to consumers. This could include responding to inquiries about transactions, processing payments, or performing general account maintenance.

Our most successful candidates will have:

• Educational qualification should be 12th & above.
• Freshers & experience can apply.
• Customer oriented with Finance background and inbound calling experience is preferred.
• Strong and accurate data entry skills
• Strong typing Skills: 30 words per minute with 90% accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient reading skills required
• Flexible to switch between tasks
• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
• Good analytical and negotiation skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts including nights.
• Candidates must reside within a radius of 25 Km of our office.
