Role & responsibilities

Graduates and Undergraduate (UG) candidates from any discipline are eligible to apply

Comfortable working in a 6-day work week environment
Excellent verbal communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi
Basic English communication and comprehension skills
Good knowledge of computers, MS Office, and internet applications
Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving skills
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to work from the office location
Candidates with prior experience in Customer Service, BPO, Call Center, or Voice Process will have an added advantage

Preferred candidate profile

Handle inbound customer calls and respond to customer queries professionally
Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes
Resolve customer concerns and ensure timely issue resolution
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction levels
Record and update customer interactions accurately in the system
Follow company policies, quality standards, and operational guidelines
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team when required
Maintain professionalism and a positive customer experience during every interaction
Achieve individual and team performance targets
