About this role
Job Description
*Handle customer inquiries through chat and email in a timely and professional manner.
*Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing clear and accurate solutions.
*Deliver high-quality customer support while maintaining customer satisfaction.
*Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant internal teams when necessary.
*Provide precise and up-to-date information about products and services.
Required Candidate Profile
*Ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously. *Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal). *Willingness to work from the office environment.
*Typing speed of 25-30 words per minute.
*Familiarity with chat/support software is an added advantage. *Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 10 day preferred.
*Flexibility to work in rotational night shifts.
