Job Description: We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals for our International Voice Process. This is a customer support role involving voice communication with international customers. Join us and be part of a dynamic team driving global customer satisfaction!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality Voice- based support to international customers.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and adhere to quality and performance standards.
• Work in 24x7 rotational shifts, only night shifts.
• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal & written).

Shift & Weekly Off: Shift: 24x7 rotational (including night shifts)

Weekly Off: 2 rotational offs
