• Key Responsibilities:
• -Provide high-quality Voice/blended-based support to international customers.
• -Handle queries in a timely and professional manner.
• -Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
• -Maintain customer satisfaction and adhere to quality and performance standards.
• -Work in 24x7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Candidate Profile:
• -Excellent English communication skills (both verbal & written).
• -Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• -Comfortable with rotational shifts (24/7 operations).
• -Basic proficiency in MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• -Good typing speed and computer navigation skills.
• -Team player with a proactive and professional attitude.

• Eligibility Travel Boundaries:
• - Excellent Communication Skills
• - Fresher and International BPO Voice/blended experience mandatory
• Shift & Weekly Off:
• Shift: 24x7 rotational (including night shifts)
• Weekly Off: 2 rotational offs
