Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals for our International Voice/Blended Process. This is a customer support role involving voice communication with international clients. Join us and be part of a dynamic team driving global customer satisfaction!

Key Responsibilities:

-Provide high-quality Voice/blended-based support to international customers.

-Handle queries in a timely and professional manner.

-Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.

-Maintain customer satisfaction and adhere to quality and performance standards.

-Work in 24x7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Candidate Profile:

-Excellent English communication skills (both verbal & written).

-Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

-Comfortable with rotational shifts (24/7 operations).

-Basic proficiency in MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).

-Good typing speed and computer navigation skills.

-Team player with a proactive and professional attitude.

Eligibility Travel Boundaries:

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Fresher and International BPO Voice/blended experience mandatory

Shift & Weekly Off:

Shift: 24x7 rotational (including night shifts)

Weekly Off: 2 rotational offs
