Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented MIS Executive & Customer Support Executive to manage MIS reporting, data management, customer coordination, and day-to-day sales/customer support activities.

The candidate should have strong MS Excel skills, good communication abilities, and the ability to coordinate effectively with customers and internal departments.

Preferred candidate profile

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Collect, verify, and consolidate data from different departments.
• Maintain accurate records and databases in MS Excel.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and summaries as required.
• Track sales orders, enquiries, quotations, deliveries, and pending activities.
• Monitor and update various trackers on a regular basis.
• Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with concerned departments for correction.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of MIS reports.
