Walk-in || Customer Service Officer

Handle walk-in customers, assist customers with account inquiries, Balance checks and general requests

Assist customers with opening new saving/current accounts, KYC updates

Process routine banking transactions including fund transfers (NEFT/ RTGS), cheque clearances and demand drafts accurately

Identify customer financial needs and introduce relevant bank products such as credit cards, loans or insurance policies

Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, internal audit controls and Know your Customer (KYC) norms.
