Walk-in || Customer Service Executive

• Handle customer calls from UK customers.
• Assist customers with telecom-related queries, plans, billing and services.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Maintain good communication and customer handling skills.

Eligibility:

• Good English communication skills is mandatory.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Graduation is not mandatory.
• B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc./Post Graduates are not eligible to apply.
• Candidates should be willing to work in UK shifts.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
