Inbound & Outbound Voice Support

• Handle customer queries related to products, orders, billing, and services.
• Resolve complaints with a customer-first approach.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

Chat & Email Support

• Handle customer queries via Chat, WhatsApp, and Email.
• Provide accurate, professional, and timely responses.
• Manage complaints, escalations, and follow-ups.
